The actress calls herself a “healthy lifestyle student”, but she is teaching her fans a lot about how they can stay on track with their fitness goals.
Celeste posts weekly updates about her workout routines on social media. The posts have inspired her more than 670,000 followers.
“Your consistency is admirable,” one fan commented.
Another follower added: “You are my inspiration.”

Come rain or shine, Celeste Ntuli pulls herself out of bed to make sure she gets in her daily workout.

It is easy to fall off the wagon when you have no-one to hold you accountable. Not only will getting a gym buddy make sure you stick to your workout sessions, but you can also motivate each other to keep going.
