Desperate times call for desperate measures, as Zoleka Mandela demonstrated by revealing she’s joined Tinder in the hopes of finding a rich man before she dies.
The activist and author who has been diagnosed with cancer in her liver and lungs, made no excuses for why she’s actively searching for a man on the dating app.
Taking to her Instagram, Zoleka shared her son’s response to finding out his mother is actively swiping left and right on Tinder.
“Delete that thing, it’s like Only Fans.”
“But how am I going to find the RICH man to take care of me before I die?”
“Mom you need to go to those ANC events, that’s where the rich men are!”
At 42, Zoleka is a single mother of six, but is still hoping to find a man who will come into her life and sweep her off her feet.
She jokes that her Tinder profile would read as follows: “Terminally ill, single mother of 6, looking for a rich man (with affiliations to the ANC) to look after her before she dies.”
Having survived breast cancer twice, Zoleka penned a book, When Hope Whispers where she details her battle with cancer.
