It’s always great to see an artist doing well in their career but what does it profit them if their mental well-being suffers in the end?
Umlando hitmaker Toss announces his break from the music industry to focus on his mental health.
“I career is doing amazing, kodwa i personal life iyakhabatheka,” writes the musician with a heartbroken emoji.
He adds that he’ll be sorting out some personal things for some time and apologises to the promoters who had already booked him.
“My mental health iza k’qala bafwethu, I’ll be back to operate with you guys soon,” he continues. “For now ithi ngiyo thola usizo!!! Nisale niba Qhamela, ngiyan’ncanywa.”
Back in March, Toss passed out during a live performance on stage. This raised concerns about the rising star’s health.
Following the incident, Toss took to social media to assure his fans that he was resting and would be back soon.
“I’m just here to address what happened yesterday. I fainted on stage due to fatigue. I wanted you guys to know that I’m okay. I appreciate the love and the positive energy that you guys are sending to me. I’ll come back stronger,” he said.
“I also wanted to apologise to the promoter for everything that happened.”
