Springbok captain and Sharks player Siya Kolisi has shared heartwarming pictures of himself spending quality time with his father Fezakele Kolisi and his 10-year-old son Nicholas.
According to reports, the father-and-son duo shared special moments bonding in Siya’s Ballito home after the Durban-based rugby club’s match this past weekend.
In a series of pics and videos shared on Instagram, Siya teases his dad about his track selection and he also takes on the rugby pitch with his son Nicholas.

Siya has previously opened up about his tough childhood and growing up without his father.
In his intimate memoir Rise, Siya shared his story about growing up in Port Elizabeth under the care of his grandmother after his mother died when he was 15 years old.
He revealed that he did not have a relationship with his father growing up, however, he has been vocal about the importance of mending their relationship.
This is amid reports that Siya’s former wife, Rachel Kolisi, has filed a complaint with the CCMA stating that she resigned from her position as CEO of the Kolisi Foundation because “the employer acted unfairly and made continued employment intolerable”.
Rachel is reportedly requesting to be reinstated to her position or to be compensated for the distress caused by the constructive dismissal.
The news has sparked speculation about a messy divorce behind the scenes.
Siya and Rachel announced their separation in a joint statement on Instagram in October 2024 and said, “We wanted to share some important news with you. After much reflection and open conversations, we have mutually decided to end our marriage. This decision comes from a place of love, respect, and understanding that this is the best path forward for both of us.”
The couple married in 2016 after four years of dating and they share two minor children and legally adopted Siya’s two half-siblings together.
