Celebrity gossip blogger, Musa Khawula has reportedly been ordered to cough up R500K in a defamation case.
According to Zimoja, photographer Dumani Khuzwayo won his case against Khawula for derogatory comments made on social media last year.
Khawula was found guilty of tweeting that Khuzwayo used to get passed around a nightclub to wealthy men who used him to have unprotected sex.
The tweet was posted on 28 January last year, and Musa Khawula basically insinuated that Khuzwayo was HIV positive.
“He is going to get aids very quickly because nobody wants to use rubber ever that’s given. He already has if he’s been working or him. No one is going to care if he’s sick or not as well because everyone is.”
