South African on-air personality, actress, and model Minnie Dlamini has been featured on the Forbes Africa 30/50 digital cover, showcasing her perseverance and journey of reinvention.
She joins the list alongside Ugandan Actor, singer, composer and playwright, Sheila Atim, as well as Nigerian singer, songwriter, actress and activist as well as Yemi Alade.
Forbes Africa commended her for her incredible career and wrote:

Dlamini expressed her gratitude for being part of the prestigious Forbes list and said, “There’s so much more in this industry. But more than that though, I want people to look at my journey and realize that I didn’t do things conventionally. I didn’t do things the same way everyone did.”

Hosting the South African Music Awards (SAMAs): Dlamini returned to SABC 1, the chanel that launched her entertainment career, to take center stage as the host of the largest night in South African music.
Showmax Roast of Minnie Dlamini: Several celebrities and well-known comedians participated in her roast to celebrate he longstanding career. She was also nominated for the National Film and Television Awards’ Best Female TV Personality category in recognition of her achievements in television.
