Minnie Dlamini is coming out with all sorts of explosive truths about her past, including her recently dishing on her marriage to Quinton Jones.
The 32-year old television presenter shared in a recent radio interview that raising her child in separate homes was never how she envisioned her life.
Minnie also revealed that her marriage to her husband of 4-years was over long before their announcement to the world, despite both their efforts to fix the issues that had surfaced.
Now, the television presenter and actress touched on her relationship with Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper, Itumeleng Khune and the rumour that the footballer had previously paid lobola for her.
Speaking to DJ Fresh on his YouTube podcast, “WAW! What A Week!”, Minnie said Khune did not pay lobola for her.
The Honeymoon actress dismissed the rumours that before she married Jones, she was “lobola’ed up.”
Rumour has it that Minnie dated the 35-year old footballer for 3-years and the couple called off their engagement in 2014.
However, according to the mother of one, her relationship with Khune did not reach that level, and they were never engaged, it was all just a rumour that spread like wildfire.
Denying that Khune paid R1 million in lobola for her, Minnie told DJ Fresh that she hates that people still talk about it today.
“The worst misconception is that Khune lobola’ed me. That’s the worst one, I hate it, I hate it! People still think it’s true. I actually went on a date and this person actually thought it was real, and I was like no, the relationship wasn’t that hectic.”
Minnie maintains that her estranged husband was the first to pay lobola for her and said her role in the Honeymoon was like therapy for her to heal as she goes through her divorce.
