Royal AM owner and businesswoman, Shauwn Mkhize has reportedly landed herself a role in the local drama Durban Gen.
Mkhize who made a cameo appearance in Uzalo last year, will be playing herself on the medical drama.
While she denied the role, news of her joining the cast has reportedly been confirmed by Durban Gen spokesperson, Nomfundo Zondi.
As reported by Daily Sun, MaMkhize as she’s popularly known, will appear on the show in October.
Shooting for the series is currently underway, but news that the businesswoman will be in the local drama has been met with mixed reviews.
This may have been why the reality TV star decided to keep things under wraps.
After receiving heavy backlash for her stance on her son’s ex-girlfriend and baby mama’s abuse allegations, many say that the billionaire is just taking someone else’s spotlight.
“What’s funny in SA is giving people who have money, more money, instead of giving it those who want to showcase their talent.”
MaMkhize isn’t letting the negativity bring her down and she’s prepared for the week ahead, ready to cross off items on her to-do list.
