Actor Linda Majola shared what it was like growing up as a queer child, expressing that there were many moments of loneliness, which left them feeling like the odd one out.
Best known for their role as Langa in The Wife, the 26-year-old credited their sister for helping them blossom into the “flower they are today.”
Sharing a video of how they loved to sing and dance as a child, Majola shared that they are a Queen, full stop.
“Growing up as a queer child I had many moments of loneliness.
I felt like the ugly duckling or the odd one out. Boys didn’t understand me, girls understood me but still never welcomed me in fully. My sister @soph_abulous really helped me blossom into the flower that I am today. 🏳️🌈♥️

Linda Majola played the role of a queer man who struggled to find their balance in the world full of homophobes on The Wife.
A role that they could relate to, as the actor previously shared how they faced prejudice and rejection because of their sexual orientation.
