“We’ve done this song and dance before!” Khloe says she’s never taking Tristan back

Khloe Kardashian says she’s never taking her baby daddy Tristan Thompson back, because they’ve done this song and dance routine before.

On the latest episode of her reality show, The Kardashians, the Good American businesswoman said while she has a healthy co-parenting relationship with Tristan, she’s setting healthy boundaries so he understands that they’re never getting back together again.

“Tristan and I, we always get along great. We have a great friendship relationship, we get along fine, and for my kids, I will put anything to the side.

What’s done is done, so what would I still be holding on to something for?

I don’t need to punish him because I’m not getting back with him.”

Khloe who welcomed her second child with Tristan, via surrogacy in August 2022, broke down on an episode of The Kardashians when she found out that the NBA player was having a baby with another woman.

The news came as a shock to Khloe, whose son was born just a few months after Tristan’s mistress gave birth.

Khloe shared that because she previously took Tristan back and decided to give their relationship a second chance after he cheated on her shortly before their eldest daughter’s birth, he’s under the impression that it’s only a matter of time before she takes him back again.

“These boundaries are important to put into place with Tristan because we’ve done this songs and dance a handful of times already.

I’ve gotten back with him after a cheating scandal, so I don’t know if Tristan is under the impression, ‘Oh! Wow, OK, let’s just ride this out and eventually, she’ll get back with me.

I get why he would think that, so it’s my job to set boundaries that my actions show otherwise. I keep it very short and sweet, and make sure he knows it’s always about the kids, because it’s so easy to fall back into habits. I can’t let those old habits easily come into my life. It’s just not what I want.”

While Tristan spends time at Khloe’s house, she says the two of them are not just chilling and hanging out alone. The only time Khloe says she spends with Tristan is when the kids are around and he comes over to see them.
