Khanyi Mbau has “bleached” her dark hands after struggling for years to achieve perfect skin.
The actress who plays Zandie in the hit show, The Wife, has made no secret of her reasons for choosing skin lightening treatments.
Khanyi who shared that she wanted to stand out in the industry and make more money, said having a lighter complexion was what helped her do that.
But the actress revealed that she has tried for years to get rid of her dark hands, which she was ridiculed for on social media.
It took 6-days for Khanyi to get her hands lightened, and the treatment was a chemical peel or bleach application which “fixed” her hands.
Sharing her results to her Instagram, Khanyi said after many have struggled and failed, she finally has the results she’s been hoping for.
“I gave @bossladyskinpage2 the challenge of fixing my hands, many have struggled and failed! I met with her last Sunday and today, my hands are fixed. Haven’t seen my hands look like this in a year. Only 6-days.
No filter. No edits. My hands are back.”
The chemical peel has left Khanyi Mbau’s hands a little swollen but she says that should subside within a week or two.
