Kelly Khumalo has made her dissatisfaction with a South African airline known after she missed her flight and was not notified.
In a video rant that was shared to social media, Kelly dragged CemAir for poor service and unprofessional approach in managing passenger expectations.
The gospel singer shared that although she was at the airport on time for her flight, there was poor communication regarding changes to her flight.
According to Kelly, her flight was not on any of the airport screens and she did not receive an SMS notification from the airline informing her of any changes to her flight.
In her video rant, Kelly expressed that she intended to spread awareness about CemAir’s lacklustre approach to the situation, telling her followers not to use the airline because of their bad service.
“I’m going to expose this. This is what we have to deal with, s##t service from CemAir.
We miss our flight when we are there. It’s not on screens, they don’t even bother to even send smses to us so we don’t miss our flight.
This is what we are dealing with. South Africa must never support this shi##y airline.”
Kelly may have hoped other South Africans would back her on her bad review of the airline, however, most felt the singer was entitled and used the opportunity to drag her for her silence on her ex-lover, Senzo Meyiwa’s murder.
The singer who was dating Meyiwa at the time of his murder, has been implicated several times during the trial for ordering the hit on the footballer.
Kelly was pregnant with Meyiwa’s daughter when the footballer was killed in what the State is calling a botched home invasion.
While 5 men are on trial for Senzo’s murder, Kelly has been accused of ordering the hit on the former Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates goalkeeper.
This after a data analyst revealed cellphone records show that Kelly received a late-night phone call from one of the five men accused of killing Meyiwa, Sifisokuhle Nkani Ntuli.
