Kanye West’s business manager claims the US rapper and businessman is reportedly missing for weeks.
West’s manager has been unable to reach him to serve him with a $4.5 million lawsuit. Reports suggest that Kanye West, now known as ‘Ye’, was last seen taking his kids to church on 18 December.
Thomas St. John, West’s manager is trying to sue the rapper and Yeezy fashion-designer for breach of contract over unpaid fees.
St. John claims that Ye is nowhere to be found with his residential address a proverbial “ghost town” and his emails are going unanswered.
Speaking to the New York Post, St. John said that Kanye West had not paid him for the 18-months he worked for the “Gold-digger” hitmaker.
Although he only served 3-months of the term, he was supposed to receive a $300 000 pay cheque for each month.
St. John states that Kanye became aggressive and yelled that he no longer wanted to work with him in January this year.
Now, the disgruntled former business manager is taking Ye to court to sue for a whopping $4.5 million.
Is Kanye West really missing or just evading the lawsuit by remaining undercover?
St. John thinks so, citing that the father of four denied agreeing to an 18-month contract.
“When I confronted him about the 18-month contract, Mr West said it was bulls**t and told me I was insane for even thinking he would stick to it.”
