Former Miss South Africa finalist Chidimma Adetshina, 23, has expressed an interest in learning more about her Nigerian heritage. After withdrawing from Miss South Africa 2024, the South African-born beauty will now represent Taraba at the Miss Universe Nigeria contest.
She stated that she is ready to accept her variety and do her best to integrate both cultures, blend in, and make the most of the experience.
Chidimma was enthusiastically welcomed when he arrived at the Nigerian airport. Adetshina will take part in the Miss Universe Nigeria 2024 beauty competition.
In a video shared on social media, the 23-year-old expressed her joy at returning to her father’s homeland after 20 years away. She also stated that her goal is to win Miss Universe Nigeria.
“I’m excited I’m in my father’s land and I want to get to experience more about it. It’s been 20 years since I’ve been here. I just want to get to know more about the culture and where I come from,” My goal is obviously to win the crown of Miss Universe Nigeria, and I do have an impact that I want to share with everybody. As a woman who has obviously faced adversity, I want to use my story to bring people together,” said Chidimma Adetshina
