South African television personality Moshe Ndiki recently opened up about his divorce and healing journey on the Engineer Your Life podcast.
Reflecting on his marriage, Moshe shared that at the time, it felt like the right decision.
“We had the same vision. I was ready. I knew myself, but I think he was still battling his own demons. I wouldn’t say he was a bad person—he was just going through his own struggles. I tried my best to support his healing,” he explained.
Moshe admitted that he enabled a lot of toxic behaviour in his marriage, which ultimately led him to act out of character.
“I cheated because I had already forgiven cheating seven times. I’ll never forget that. I retaliated by cheating instead of just leaving. I sacrificed myself just to prove a point,” he revealed.
Looking ahead, Moshe said he no longer wants to be with someone who needs saving but rather with a partner who pours into him as much as he pours into them.
“I don’t want to be their happiness—I want to add to their happiness,” he stated.
For now, Moshe is focused on nurturing his relationships with friends and family and enjoying fatherhood with his two sons.
