Selena Gomez says she is ‘grateful to be alive’ in an emotional trailer for her upcoming ‘My Mind & Me’ documentary.
Selena Gomez’s new documentary ‘My Mind & Me’ contains unreleased recordings showing her battles with mental health.
The 30-year-old opened up about her health in a trailer for the documentary, which chronicles her fight with mental illness over the course of six years.
The trailer was released on Monday in honour of World Mental Health Day.

”Let me make a promise, I am going to stop living like this. How do I learn how to breathe my own breath again?’ said Gomez

US President Joe Biden also shared a video of a discussion with Gomez on World Mental Health Day and wrote.
“Mental health is health. To everyone who is struggling, know you are not alone. For Mental Health Awareness Month, we sat down to discuss how we can wipe out the stigma and expand access to care to ensure everyone can get the support they need.”
