Former Miss SA Lalela Mswane announced as co-host of SABC 1’s “Daily Thetha” show.
Lalela Mswane, a former Miss South Africa, has been introduced as the new co-host of Daily Thetha.
The show which plays on Mondays to Thursdays at 10:30 am is an engaging, informative television chat program that is audience-driven and aims to motivate Mzansi’s youth and engage them in open, in-studio discussions on numerous subjects that have an impact on their lives, including arguments and expert viewpoints.
Mswane was crowned Miss Supranational 2022 and was previously crowned Miss South Africa 2021 and represented South Africa at Miss Universe 2021, placing second runner-up.
She will support Mxolisi Masango as she makes her debut on October 23rd.
SABC1’s Ofentse Thinane, the channel head, expressed excitement at the addition of Lalela Mswane as the new host of Daily Thetha.
“Viewers will see a different side to Lalela than what she is known for. In hosting Daily Thetha, viewers will love how she connects and engages with the panel guests, the audiences, and Mxolisi. Daily Thetha is her first TV presenting gig, and we wish her well on her journey on the show.” said Thinane

Mswane took to her Instagram to share the exciting news with her followers by sharing a poster with a bible scripture:
