In her heartfelt message, she vowed to continue making her grandfather proud and requested his guidance in healing and adjusting to life without his physical presence. She also mentioned her hope that he liked her dress, as if he were still here to see it.
The actress revealed that her eyes have been sore from constant crying, as she struggles to come to terms with her grandfather’s passing. “Ke go rata ka pelo Yaka kamoka rakgolo, rest,” she said, conveying her love for him and urging him to rest in peace.
In 2021, Oratile accepted her spiritual calling to become a sangoma. Speaking to TshisaLIVE about her spiritual journey, she revealed that it began during childhood.
“It wasn’t a walk in the park, but it was fruitful. I learned to be patient and it was worth it. It’s like being blessed. Praying is very easy for me. Knowing you have the ability to help people is amazing yet challenging because people come with different situations,” she told the publication.
