Emo Adams has put to rest fake news about his passing which surfaced on social media over the weekend.

Emo said that he was made aware of the death hoax by family and friends but only took them seriously after his frantic mom called to see if it was true.
“It was brought to our attention an alarming wave of misinformation flooding social media platforms, falsely claiming that I had passed away. Various fake accounts, impersonating both me and my wife, have been spreading.
Initially disregarded, the situation escalated when my mother called me distraught in the dead of night, tears streaming down her face.
I can’t imagine what any mother goes through or experiences receiving such news, especially when NOT TRUE!”
Emo Adams asked the public to beware of the fake accounts under wife, Michelle Gildenhuys’ name, and shared his only TikTok account with his followers.
The singer and TV personality also warned people against sending money to these fraudulent accounts.
