Former radio host Mashél Mokale and entrepreneur Dineo “Dene” Jones are the latest contestants to be evicted from the Big Brother Mzansi Bazozwa house on Sunday, 1 February 2026.
This comes after 10 housemates were nominated for eviction on Monday, 26 January, including Dene Jones, Didi, Ilano, King Wanda, Liema, Mashél, Mmeli, Que, Thandeka and Ramona.
Mashél was the third housemate to be evicted.
He thanked his supporters and admitted that it was a difficult journey.
“It was not an easy journey. It looks easy when you are at home watching from your screen, but it’s very tough. We got a lot of punishment this week,” he said.
Dene was the fourth housemate to get the chop.
Speaking after her eviction, she expressed regret about missing out on her plans to kiss Tumi the Barber in the house.
“I’m so sorry that I didn’t get to kiss someone, but listen, the journey is not over, it’s just about to begin,” she said.
With Mashél and Dene’s exits, the total number of housemates evicted this season now stands at four.
