DJ Zinhle has come under fire after TikToker Thulisile Lushaba purchased one of her HairMajesty wigs.
Thulisile expressed her dissatisfaction with the service she received as well as the quality of the product.
One of her complaints was that her order was shipped late. She says her order was only sent out after she complained and to make matters worse, was sent to the wrong address.
“I eventually received my order, after kicking, screaming and shouting.”
However, the TikToker was impressed with the packaging and the fact that her order came with a free wig bag.
Here’s what she had to say in her review of the product.
“I have already cut it but look at how thin this is. If I had known that it was this thin I would have not wasted my money. I would have rather just gone to Dragon City and just made a purchase.”
Responding to the backlash on social media, Zinhle revealed that she contacted the customer and they are dealing with the matter.
She also asked all journalists and publications to delete her private number and never call her. She says all queries should be directed to her office. “I refused to be harassed & abused by you guys on a Sunday or any other day,” tweeted DJ Zinhle.
