Black Motion takes former member “Murdah Bongz” to court for housebreaking and theft.
Bongani “Murdah Bongz” Mahosana, a former member of Black Motion, has been charged with burglary and theft.
On January 10, 2023, a case was filed against the DJ in the High Court of South Africa Gauteng Division in Johannesburg.
The court has mandated that Murdah Bongz return recording studio equipment by Friday, January 13, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.

On the Black Motion collective’s official social media channels, images showing how Bongani demolished and evacuated the home have been posted.

The owner of the popular record label Spirit Motion for Black Motion, Moses Nkia Mokgoko, is said to have started the action.
