The Real Housewives of Durban made its return last week, serving loads of drama as expected.
While the ladies attempted to bury the hatchet and start the new season on a clean slate, the new housewives ensured their presence was felt.
Newcomer Angel Ndlela wasted no time asserting herself, making it clear to the ladies not to refer to her as a baby and pointing out a few off-limits topics, which didn’t sit well with some of the others.
Originally from Howick but now residing in Umhlanga, Angel Ndlela boasts an honors degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She is a serial entrepreneur with interests spanning construction, taxis, manufacturing, and fashion design. Additionally, she is an aspiring musician, host, and social influencer.
“I joined the show because I feel like this is the right time for me,” says Angel. “I am in a good space and I want to introduce myself to the world. I know that The Real Housewives of Durban has a big fanbase and when the opportunity came, I just had to grab it with both hands.”
At 29 years old, Angel is the youngest member of the cast. “I would like to share my journey into marriage and motherhood with the fans of the show.”
Had Zama said “I’ll speak after the baby” that would have been better but calling Angel a kid means something else. I understand why she didn’t want to be called a kid. #RHODurban pic.twitter.com/ac4Lc9veX3
