South Africa has faced with many challenges since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
The coronavirus, which began in 2020, has taken the lives of thousands of people in the country and affected millions.
Many people have also lost their jobs and businesses have had to close.
While the country was still dealing with the dire effects of the pandemic, another disaster struck.
Hundreds of businesses were destroyed and looted in the past few days around Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal.

Despite all these challenges, South African entrepreneur, DJ Sbu Leope, wants Mzansi to know that it will rise again.
He asked South Africans to forgive the perpetrators of the violence.
“To most of us who have been affected directly or in directly. We Forgive them. They are our brothers and sisters. Our children.
Condolences to everyone who has lost a loved one. It’s been a challenging 16 months of Covid even longer to us all. Now this. We choose to learn from the experience. You are a true entrepreneur in times like these,” he wrote on Instagram.
Leope says entrepreneurs should not lose hope. He encouraged them to rise again.
“Even if they have destroyed your business, that must not kill your spirit. Let’s use these moments to give back even more. We get up, dust up and do it all over again. We refuse to give up. We here to serve the people. This is a cry for help. We pray for peace and forgiveness. I know it’s not going to be easy. We will recover from all of this. This too shall pass,” he said.

He also pleaded for unity in the country.
“Entrepreneurs have always been known for solving the most complex problems and taking society forward. It’s time to step up. This is a challenge to all of us to come up with innovative ways to teach people how to make money while you make money. So we can all eat. Lets rebuild. Let’s help each other even more. Let’s be selfless even more than ever before. Let’s be more united than ever before. That is my lesson from all of this. God speed,” he said.
