Chrissy Teigen is well-known for not mincing her words and has often been praised for her unfiltered approach to politics, societal issues and discrimination.
This time she finds herself on the flip-side of the coin after allegations of bullying surfaced from Project Runway star Michael Costello.
Costello who has dressed the likes of Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Cardi B and other A-list Hollywood celebrities accused Chrissy of threatening to end his career.
Taking to Instagram on Monday afternoon, Costello detailed how the “whisper campaign” to end his career pushed him to the brink of suicide.
He explained that he was a victim of a vicious cyber defaming campaign where photoshopped tweets “from him” were doing the rounds on social media where he used a racist retort.
Chrissy didn’t fall for his excuse and she immediately attacked Costello, threatening to end his already dead career. Taking it further Chrissy responded to Costello’s personal messages to her with little remorse.
“Good! Racist people like you deserve to die. You might as well be dead. Your career is over, just watch!” – Chrissy Teigen
Since the bullying accusations have surfaced, Chrissy has been absent from social media, until overwhelming support for Costello called her out for being callous.
She took to Instagram to apologise for her misguided behaviour.
