Boity Thulo is cooking up something special in the studio with Felo Le Tee and Daliwonga. The rapper shared a teaser of a new amapiano song she is working on with the artists.
“I hope y’all enjoyed that,” she said on an Instagram Live. The 31-year-old revealed that she has already recorded four new songs.
“It’s so exciting.”
Felo was just as excited.
“Exclusive nyana again. @boity are we taking it to the top or what!!!??”

Social media users gave Boity’s new sound a major thumbs up.
“Song gonna be banger!!!” one Instagram user commented.
A second person added: “This is gonna be a hit guys Wow,Felo I still think u should have won that Djs competition I can’t mention the name.’

But not everyone was impressed that Boity was sidelining hip hop for amapiano – which has taken the world by storm.
The music genre, which gained traction in South African townships, has been sampled by artists in other parts of Africa, America, and Europe.
British singers Ed Sheeran and Jorja Smith are some of the latest musicians to try amapiano.
“Asinandaba nalona man!! These people are ruining the Amapiano culture. We don’t want clout chasers here. We want real real musicians,” a Twitter user said about Boity’s teaser.

Boity is unbothered by the negative comments. She had this reply when one follower asked her if she was doing amapiano music now:
