Sizwe Dhlomo and his group of avid runners completed their final training run this week, without breaking a sweat.
With the Absa #RunYourCity event taking place this Saturday, 24 September, the group shaved off 7-minutes from their time.
Joining Sizwe for the final 5km training run was Kaya Biz presenter, Gugulethu Mfuphi who, according to Siz “crushed it!”
Mfuphi who keeps fit with daily gym workouts, took on the 5km route around Rosebank and Hyde Park with a smile.
Siz, who didn’t feel like getting out of bed before the run, said now that the training is complete, the #10KChallenge on Saturday will be a walk in the park.
