Loadshedding getting the better of you? Take a leaf out of an American woman’s book, who shows how she cooks a steak on her car’s engine.
Claiming the huge tomahawk steak was cooked on the engine of her Mini Cooper, in the middle of a Las Vegas heatwave, the woman shows a perfectly grilled steak after 30-minutes.
She places the lightly seasoned meat in foil on her car’s engine and drives around before checking on the piece of meat in a carpark.
Unwrapping the foil, she exclaims that the meat is perfectly cooked and retains all the juices.
Getti Kehayova’s video has been viewed over 6 million times and is one of the most viral pieces of content we’ve seen in a while.
However, many don’t believe it’s possible to cook anything on a car’s engine and consume it.
“This woman cooks a steak on her car engine, what about the fumes from the engine? Carbon poisoning and toxic emissions?”
