It’s been a heavy year for many, it has also not been easy. Emotions run very wild when you find yourself in such situations especially at work.
Though crying at work can be reserved to that co-worker who just heard some sad news, people cry for different reasons.
Crying is natural, a basic instinct that society has taught us isn’t professional. Yet that was the first form of communication we knew when we entered the planet as a child.

At work you may have cried because you felt ashamed, exhausted, worried about your mental health, or even just relieved. All these feelings are normal. In the long run, it’s not a big deal.

My manager was abusing me. He threatened to beat me up so I cried so much, sent email to head office that if they don’t come I will work while crya d I did exactly that. I cried in front of customers and caused a scene. Even after a few hours they came #ICriedAtWork
