Love him or hate him, Duduzane Zuma is a man of influence.
In his interview with Kaya 959 in April, Zuma said: “It’s time for the people of S.A to unite. There’s more that we can do. When I look at the situation, history makes it difficult to pull people together. We’ve got a country to build, I’m willing to take a stand and be involved in that process.”
He has kept his word and is now playing his part to make South Africa a better place.

Zuma has been handing out food parcels to the poor.
A video has been trending on Twitter showing him and his team donating food parcels to people.

Although a lot of people praised Zuma for his kind deeds, some people said it is an insult to the poor.
“I know Duduzane means well but what those people need is something sustainable, he can’t give food forever. “Give a poor man to fish” ~ Bantu Holomisa,” wrote one Twitter user.

@Duduzane SA tax payers money could have been put to better use than humiliate the masses with food parcels. For What selfies and power? Give me a job-dignity to feed my children. His father gave him our taxes. #Foodparcelsmustfall #Restoremydignitygivemeajob

Some said it was a political stunt since Zuma is gunning for presidency.

Poverty is a pandemic. Giving them food for votes and popularity is a pandemic. If that is the case why publicise my need and my vulnerability
