There are strong calls by the ANC Women’s League for the Pan-African Parliament (PAP) to take action against an MP for gender-based violence. This after ANC Chief Whip Pemmy Majodina was kicked by Senegalese MP Djibril War.

Monday’s PAP session in Midrand was disrupted after several MPs clashed yet again.
This after EFF Leader Julius Malema threatened to kill another MP at the PAP last week.
The latest incident involving Majodina took place as the MPs were about to elect a new President, when a scuffle occured and Majodina was kicked while cameras rolled.
The ANC Women’s League is calling on Majodina to open a criminal case with the local police, calling the MP’s actions appalling in the current climate of gender-based violence in the country.
Meanwhile, Julius Malema spoke up about the incident he threatened to kill a fellow MP, saying he does not take nonsense from anyone and called on the youth to adopt the same approach.
“No one threatens me. My life is more important than anything else. But we spoke today and everything is fine, it was just a heated moment.”
[MUST WATCH 🎥]: CIC @Julius_S_Malema says the youth in the entire continent must not take nonsense from anyone.
The CIC says young people have tolerated nonsense for a very long time especially from the so called elders. #PanAfricanParliament pic.twitter.com/eQFDgHKUpI
