We spend plenty of time talking about loyalty when it comes to people our partners, our mates, our family.
Everyone knows someone who has bought their bread from the exact same supermarket for fifteen years and refuses to set foot anywhere else.
Some people will happily drive an extra six miles just to use their preferred petrol station, swear blind that one specific takeaway does the best chips, or stick with the same bank or washing powder simply because “it just works.”
