South African entertainment powerhouse, Nandi Madida, has marked a significant milestone in her illustrious career, celebrating her 100th episode as host of Apple Music’s popular Africa Now Radio show.
The multi-talented artist was met with an unexpected and heartfelt surprise from her team, transforming what was meant to be a simple celebration of the show’s achievement into a personal tribute to her dedication and impact.
Madida, visibly moved by the gesture, took to her Instagram to share her overwhelming emotions.
“It was supposed to be a celebration of doing 100 episodes on Apple Music’s Africa Now Radio, and it ended up being a surprise celebrating me as a host for being part of those 100 episodes,” she wrote.
“I couldn’t have predicted that. I will never forget this.”
Nandi also got special messages from fellow presenters on the Apple Music platform who also congratulated her on her impressive milestone.
Beyond her captivating presence on Africa Now Radio, Nandi Madida has extended her influential voice to a deeply personal and empowering new venture: The Motherhood Network podcast, launched on Mother’s Day.
On the platform she brings together a diverse array of esteemed voices from various sectors of society – including leading women in business, wellness, the arts, politics, and public life – all united by the common thread of motherhood.
