“Happy birthday, 1st born daughter 💖. Love you,” the actor wrote, showcasing his affection and pride.
Fans and followers flooded his post with birthday wishes, celebrating the special bond between the actor and his daughter.
In addition to his successful acting career, Kgole is also an accomplished emcee and voice-over artist.
He gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of the ruthless Mashonia Dragon on Skeem Saam and further cemented his versatility with his role as General Phathudi in Giyani: Land of Blood.
Kgole’s character on Skeem Saam was killed off in 2023 after being a staple of the show for 13 years. Reflecting on his exit and how he initially landed the role of Dragon, Kgole opened up during a podcast interview.
He revealed that the casting team was simply looking for someone who embodied the look and physical presence of a mashonisa (loan shark).
“I had to execute that. It’s all about understanding the character—their mannerisms, everything,” the actor explained.
