Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana legend Siphiwe Tshabalala has reached the fourth floor.
Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana legend Siphiwe Tshabalala has officially reached the “fourth floor,” as he recently celebrated turning 40. Tshabalala, who famously scored the opening goal of the historic 2010 FIFA World Cup, received a heartfelt message from his wife, former Miss South Africa Bokang Montjane, on social media.
“I few months back I said to you “ I can’t believe ke ratana le Monna wa 40 years” when we were young 40 seemed so old and now we are here and God couldn’t have chosen a better man for me to share my life with. I was 24 and you were 26 when we met and all I know is I am blessed to have the front seat in your life , I am truly humbled to be a witness to your incredible life.”
Bokang shared how proud she is of the man Tshabalala has become, both as a husband and a father.
“Thank you for everything you do for us, for choosing me daily, flaws and all… thank you for being the best father in the world to Owethu and Kgoshigadi !!! Thank you for being the inspiration you are to people, for honouring your calling in so many ways and for so much compassion for people and being a giver. Thank you for dreaming my dreams with me and believing in me more than I believe in myself.
She ended her message with hopes for his future: “I hope Modimo continues to give you favour, I hope you continue to walk in Gods grace and I hope God continues to surround you , protect you and show off with you,” she said.
