Shauwn Mkhize, better known as Mamkhize is in Paris for the 2024 Olympics, unbothered that she’s trending back home after an attempted hit on a South African Revenue Service (SARS) Advocate.
The Royal AM owner and businesswoman is reportedly facing an inquiry by SARS over almost R40 million in unpaid taxes.
Earlier this year Mamkhize maintained her record is clean in an interview on Carte Blanche, but reports that the taxman is still chasing after her assets, including her luxury vehicles, are not dying down.
On Thursday night, 18 July SARS Advocate, Coreth Naude was shot 3 times in an attempted hit, while driving to her hotel in uMhlanga, Durban.
Adv. Naude was acting on behalf of SARS in an inquiry into high-profile Durban businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize.
SARS condemned the attempted hit on Naude who remains in hospital after sustaining gunshot wounds to her upper body, face and neck, calling the attack on the Advocate a shocking act of intimidation.
Despite the attack on Advocate Naude, Mamkhize jetted off to Paris for the 2024 Olympics and shared several statuses to her Instagram stories reflecting that she remains carefree and unbothered.
Living her best life, Mamkhize posted pictures and videos of her posing at a number of Paris landmarks, including the Louis Vuitton hotel which is under construction.
“When you are in your I DON’T CARE ERA minding your own business, walking on the street where nobody knows you, drinking a cheap drink because everything is expensive and not nice.”
