“Aluta Continua – Hasta la Victoria Siempre: Always until Victory
We never embarked on this journey for personal gain or positions of power. Our commitment was inspired by the struggle of liberation and has been to ensure the betterment of South Africans, black in general and Africans in particular. In our tenure with the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure, we have made significant progress in critical areas.
Through the Welisizwe Bridges Programme, we have addressed the perilous river crossings, ensuring safer passage for our communities. Under the Operation Siyahlola programme, we have unblocked stalled construction projects, breathing new life into our infrastructure after decades of blockages.”
