Rihanna performed at the lavish Ambani pre-wedding celebration, in Jamnagar, India over the weekend, at an estimated cost of $5 million for a 19-song set.
The 3-day pre-wedding celebration of billionaire heir Anant Ambani and Radikha Merchant, included a star-studded guestlist of 1 200 of the wealthiest and most influential people from Silicon Valley to Bollywood.
Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Ivanka Trump and a long line of Bollywood’s A-list actors and actresses were all in attendance, at what is being dubbed the wedding of the century.
Ambani, the youngest son of Asia’s wealthiest businessman, Mukesh Ambani is set to marry Merchant in July.
Their wedding is rumoured to be a 5-month long spectacle, which the Ambani and Merchant families are reportedly spending billions on.
At 28-years of age, Anant Ambani stands to inherit his industrialist father’s $117 billion fortune.
His fiancée, Radhika is the daughter of tycoon Viren Merchant, CEO of Encore Healthcare, a privately owned pharmaceutical manufacturing company
Rihanna’s performance at the lavish Ambani pre-wedding celebration included her hits Umbrella, Diamonds, Work and Rude Boy.
This was the second live performance the Barbadian singer gave since taking a break from her music career to focus on her Fenty businesses, the first of which was at the Superbowl in 2023.
