Saulsville, Atteridgeville, and Lotus Garden Civil Association (LASCA) recently marched to Tshwane House demonstrating against local problems with service delivery.
The ratepayers and advocacy group based in Tshwane is particularly troubled by the city’s billing system and what they consider to be subpar service delivery.

According to LASCA, residents’ municipal bills have increased dramatically as a result of the City of Tshwane’s erroneous readings.
According to Tshepo Mahlangu of the Association, the City of Tshwane is arrogant and is not serving the community.
“The reason why we marched today was that we are very much aggrieved by the way the City of Tshwane is handling things, service delivery, billing, along with other issues that seek to assist the residents of Tshwane. They don’t respond timeously to our grievances and demands” said Sausville Civil Association Chairperson, Tshepo Mahlangu
