“My daughter likes smelling the couch when people get up” – cringe-worthy things kids do.
Every parent will tell you that there’s that cringe-worthy moment your child has put you through.
Even the most well-mannered kids can occasionally make you cringe by asking unpleasant questions, pointing out embarrassing facts, repeating things you’ve requested them not to, and generally making you wish they had never learned how to connect sentences together.
Andy shared a story of how his little brother would share all the swear words he would hear as a child:
“We need to flip the script on your kids. The cringe-worthy things they do, at this point they shouldn’t even leave the house because they will embarrass you.”
” I remember my little brother… and I believe every kid has this phase. I think he was 3 or 4 years old, just when they start to speak and have a phase of taking everything they hear including swear words. He had a phase where everything he heard he would say to everybody. Elders, and church leaders, doesn’t matter who you are you are getting all the words.”
Feel Good with And Maqondwana asked Kaya 959 listeners to share the times their kids made them cringe.
