A long-awaited development in one of hip-hop’s longest-running mysteries saw the arrest and charging of a man who authorities claim ordered the 1996 murder of artist Tupac Shakur.
The Associated Press and ABC News reported on Friday that Duane “Keffe D” Davis had been detained by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department as a suspect in connection with the shooting death of Assata Shakur on September 13, 1996.
