When a partner feels like you are pulling them away from their family in marriage.
In marriage, the dynamic of how people relate to their partner’s family is very important and must be handled with care.
For some people, leaving home and getting married happen simultaneously. One day, you awaken in your parents’ house, go to church, get married, and leave for your honeymoon.
You quickly establish your own family after leaving your parents. There are consequences when this process isn’t handled well.

“It doesn’t come that smoothly, and doesn’t come on a silver platter, you have to go out there and be intentional. You have to be intentional about creating a relationship with your in-laws. The reality is that there aren’t perfect families in this world. Usually, the other person sees their family as perfect, and their husbands family as not perfect and using that as a right not to relate with them.” said Magauta,
On Family integration
“Family integration is such a difficult thing, the era we are living in, it’s all about ‘me’ ‘me’, and the more we encouraged to self love to do us, to speak our truth, we become so self-centered. We don’t see the value of stepping outside of ourselves and serving other people.” said Magauta,
