Zuma defies Constitutional Court ruling
The State Capture Commission of Inquiry has filed papers with the Constitutional Court to find Zuma in contempt of court.
Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo slammed Zuma for disobeying the court’s order for him to appear before the commission.
He says the 78-year-old should be jailed if found guilty.
“Zuma is not only defying the Commission’s summons but he is also defying the highest court of the land.
“It also does not make sense why Zuma is scared of taking the witness stand if he says he has not been implicated in any wrongdoing,” Zondo said last month.
