Millions of people are struggling to get their R350
“It’s actually millions of people, the data that we have showing the people who are eligible for the grant, the most vulnerable people, are unable to receive it. There’s a whole range of reasons including barriers in applying, barriers in being approved, and barriers in receiving payment.”
“We are taking the Department of Social Development to court, reluctantly, we have tried for a very long time to work constructively to work with them to solve these issues.” says Howson.
