British model, activist and businesswoman, Dr Naomi Campbell has welcomed her 2nd baby at 53-years, saying “it’s never too late to become a mother.”
The global icon and one of the most recognized models, first shocked the world in 2021 when she graced the cover of British Vogue with her 9-month old daughter.
Campbell who has kept her quest to become a mother completely under wraps, dispelled notions that she had adopted her daughter, when she shared, “She wasn’t adopted, she’s my child.”
The model’s second child, a boy, was born on 25 June, also reportedly via surrogate.
Campbell shared in a post on Instagram, “My little darling, know that you are cherished beyond measure and surrounded by love from the moment you graced us with your presence.
A true gift from God. Blessed. Welcome Baby Boy. It’s never too late to become a mother.”
A few hours before Naomi Campbell announced the arrival of her 2nd baby at 53, John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen announced the arrival of their 4th child, also a boy born via surrogate.
