WATCH: Dr Malinga and his crew were deported from Zimbabwe.
South African musician Dr. Malinga real name Goodwill Malinga and his crew were recently deported from Zimbabwe.
The musician said in a video that he had traveled to Zimbabwe for a gig but had been deported before taking the stage.
Dr. Malinga vehemently apologised and explained his side of the story in a short video on social media, making it clear that he did travel to Zimbabwe to fulfill his contractual commitments.
Malinga who recently celebrated 10 years in the entertainment industry was not impressed about what happened.
In the video he highlighted that he even had visual proof of his presence in the Zimbabwe, including taped footage.

According to iHarare he was immediately deported after landing, and was unable to perform at Ngom Primary School.
“Yesterday we flew to Zimbabwe but we got deported. So we were supposed to perform at Ngoma but we got deported. It’s not like we didn’t come. We came. We even shot videos that we are here. We landed but they deported us,” said Dr Malinga.
