A woman with nothing left to lose.
“I haven’t been working for four years, I was working and still had nothing, my name and reputation were continously being tainted in the entertainment space. Why, what would be the point of keeping quiet? You known, I just felt these people who ever they are they’ve got a platform, they’re given an ear and obviously they have power and influence.”
Uncomfortable truths about the entertainment industry
“Horrific is a word that comes to mind after experiencing everything. I mean I was horrific being in it and experiencing those things and I can imagine it’s the first time I am hearing the word uncomfortable being you…
It is a very uncomfortable journey that I’ve been on, and the experience as I say was horrific and you know, things like having been quite all this time and you can imagine living with all those experiences and that I couldn’t share with anybody at that time.”
Ndara on what her wish her book is
“Everyone, I think has to look and look within and introspect on how they have contributed to how things are now and how they can make a change. That included everybody, even the consumers of the content or whatever they listen to. Everybody has contributed to the state of our entertainment.”
