A school in Alexandra responded to reports released by the International Reading Literacy Study by saying they can read with understanding.
The International Reading Literacy Study shared that 80% of South African Grade 4 learners can’t read with understanding.
However, Kgololo Academy grade 4 learners have proven that they are not part of the statistic.
