
Bonang Matheba’s legal battle with CSA over House of BNG has finally been resolved.
Celebrity Services Africa (CSA) has reportedly settled their longstanding dispute with Bonang Matheba-owned House of BNG brand.
She went live on Twitter Spaces in October 2021 where she brought light to the soured relationship. Without giving names, she said that she had ended her relationship with a specific management firm.
She also informed her listeners that she had given her attorney instructions to file criminal charges against the unnamed corporation, and she pledged to keep them updated.

CSA claimed in a statement provided to News24 that it has no claim to or financial interest in Bonang’s business dealings or those of any other registered enterprises.
“Celebrity Services Africa (Proprietary) Limited (“CSA”) and Bonang Matheba (“Bonang”), the owner of the House of BNG brand, have settled their longstanding dispute. CSA confirms that it has no claim to or financial interest in the business affairs of Bonang, Bonang Matheba Entertainment (Pty) Ltd, BNG South Africa (Pty) Ltd business entities or in the House of BNG brand and trademarks owned by Bonang Matheba.
“CSA confirms further that it no longer represents Bonang or any of these entities,” reads CSA’s statement.
In a series of tweets Matheba hinted that the issue had been put to bed.

According to News24 Matheba also confirmed that the statement by CSA is indeed accurate. Speaking to the publication she however said that it wasn’t a joint statement.
“This is not a joint statement; however, the content of it is indeed true.
“I am very pleased that CSA has finally confirmed the truth so that I can peacefully move forward in continuing to build the House of BNG brand.” said Matheba to News24.
