18 year old South African footballer Ayanda Sishuba has signed for French first-division (Ligue 1) side RC Lens on a three-year-deal.
The club made the announcement on on social media.
Born in Belgium, Ayanda Sishuba is the son of former FC Fortune player Asanda Sishuba who left Cape Town in 2002 to play professionally in Belgium.
The 18-year-old who has South African and Belgian citizenship has already represented Belgium at under 18 level.
According to several publications in France, the teen wonder-kid promises to “exceed the achievements of his father.”
Racing Club de Lens commonly referred to as RC Lens is a French first division side based in the Northern City of Lens, France.

Fans raise R2 million for Kaizer Chiefs legend Emile Baron
Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana legend Emile Baron, 43, reportedly fell on hard times after his career-ending injury in 2013 while playing for Wits University.
Since 2013, Baron has struggled to support himself and his family.
After hearing about his story in an interview with Norwegian publication TV2, fans of his former club Lillestrøm Sportsklubb where he played between 2004 and 2009, raised over R2 million for Baron.
